PURPOSE: To enable smooth loading by integrally providing a slope to guide the movement of a tape pull-out member at the stator part of a capstan motor at a position where the tape pull-out member passes on the capstan motor.

CONSTITUTION: When loading a magnetic tape 6, a tape pull-out member 3a moves in an arrow direction and pulls out the tape 6 from a cassette, and the tape is in contact with a rotary drum. At such a time, since the lower edge of the member 3a passes the upper part of a stator 2A of a capstan motor M and a guide part 2a is provided while forming a slope A from the edge end to the obliquely lower direction integrally with the stator 2A at the edge end of the part where the member 3a passes, the tape pull-out member 3a is guided by the slope A of the guide part 2a even when there is danger to abut the lower edge of the member 3a to the side face of the stator 2A. Thus, the tape is smoothly loaded without fail, and durability and reliability are improved.
