PURPOSE: To improve the adhering effect between a cleaning member and a holding member by using two or more different bonding agent layers to adhere these members like laminated layers or mixing two or more bonding agent components.
CONSTITUTION: In case of the constitution of two or more bonding agent layers, the 1st layer of the bonding agent 41 is transferred to a supporting member 3 at first, the 2nd laye4r of a bonding agent 42 is transferred and then pressed and cooled from the cleaning member 2 side to adhere these members. Or, the bonding agents 41, 42 are previously laminated as one layer, the supporting member 3 is heated, the bonding agent 41 side is transferred to the supporting member and then the whole is pressed and cooled to adhere these members. When two or more bonding layers are used, respective bonding agents 41, 42 are melted at the surface between these bonding layers and mixed with each other, so that new bonding state is generated and sufficient strength is obtained.
