Title:
PHOTOMETRIC DEVICE OF CAMERA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6134527
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate influence of photometric element on the images in finder while framing the images through finder by changing a thickness of photometric element in a width direction and consequently changing the trasmittivity of the photometric element in the width direction.

CONSTITUTION: Photoelectric conversion element group 22 is structure in comb. shape as a whole, and is composed of each photoelectric conversion element 26 which has graded difference in thickness. The structure of this photoelectric conversion element 26 consists of a glass plate 27 onto which a lower electrode 28 is placed, and on which a photoelectric conversion element 29 and upper electrode 30 are arranged stepwise. The width between the width (d) of the teeth of the photoelectric conversion element 26 is from serveral μm to ≤ serveral tens μm, and the element has density distribution which varies gradedly, in another expression, it has a density distribution by which the transmittivity of the edge part is higher and, gradedly, that of the center part becomes lower. Therefore, defocus is dispersed to the total finder frame is impossible to be percepted by human eye, giving no influence on the visual field inside the finder.
