Title:
BASE DRIVE CIRCUIT OF TRANSISTOR INVERTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS602079
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and the size of the entire inverter by commonly using a base drive circuit power source of three power transistors connected to the DC power source anode side of the inverter with one power source. CONSTITUTION:A P-N-P type transistor 12 is connected in a Darlington connection to the front stage of power transistors TU, TV, TW connected to the anode sides of the arm of an inverter. The transistors TU, TV, TW are driven by the P-N-P type transistor 12. The emitter electrode of the transistor 12 is connected to the anode side of the DC power source 1 of the inverter. The emitter electrodes of the transistor 12 becomes common, and one base drive circuit power source 13 can be commonly used.
