Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve an efficient lining on the inner surface of a cylindrical article such as piping material by performing an injection of a perfluorocarbon resin with a high melt viscosity to be used for transfer molding or the like on a specified condition and the withdrawal of a core.
CONSTITUTION: Cores 12, 12' and 13 are inserted into a hollow section of a cylindrical article such as valve and injects a perfluorocarbon resin with the melt viscosity of 1W7×105 point at 372°C into a cavity 14 set at the temperature 30W 60°C lower than the melting point thereof at 370W430°C. When the temperature of the resin falls down by 100W170°C below the melting point thereof, the cores are withdrawn. This makes it hard to crack.
