Abstract:
PURPOSE: To heat the lower bead ring accurately up to a given temperature by preventing its cooling even when bead lifting is made by forming a cavity to be supplied wit a heat medium for heating the lower bead ring in the connecting part with the lower bead ring.
CONSTITUTION: The outer face of a guide ring 13 is fitted into the inner face of an inner cylinder 6, and a ring-like cavity 13a is provided in the upper part of the inside of the guide ring 13. A heat medium is injected into the cavity 13a from a given hole in the guide ring 13 and discharged from a given hole. The heat so supplid is conducted through the inner cylinder 6 from the wall of the lower ring 13 to the lower bead ring 7.
