Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient position detection signal with a simple structure by providing a magnetic converter and an armature on a magnetic material substrate and using the substrate as a stator substrate. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material substrate 9 forming a stator substrate is disposed oppositely to a driving and position detecting rotor magnet 2 which is magnetically polarized in both directions, and an armature 4 for generating rotary force to the magnet and a magnetic converter 3 for detecting the position and rotating direction of the magnet are mounted on the surface opposed to the magnet 2 of the substrate 9. In this manner, since the substrate is used also as the stator substrate, efficient position detection signal and torque can be obtained with a simple structure.
