Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the seizure of an internal-combustion engine due to the abnormal combustion at high speed by delaying the ignition position in a high- speed range of the engine, in an ignition apparatus for current cut-off type internal combustion engine.

CONSTITUTION: The ignition position control circuit 20 for the ignition apparatus for internal-combustion engine is equipped with a diode 20a whose cathode is connected to the potential dividing point of a resistance voltage dividing circuit 8, and a load resistance 20b is connected between the anode of the diode 20a and the terminal on the opposite side to the voltage dividing point of the first resistance 8a. An ignition position controlling transistor switch 20d constituted of a transistor 20c whose emitter is grounded is installed, and the collector of the transistor 20c is connected to the anode of the diode 20a. A charging circuit which charges the condenser 20a into one polarity in the half cycle in the direction of the broken arrow of the ignition power-source coil by diodes 20f and 20g and a discharge circuit for executing electric discharge through a current limitter are installed.
