PURPOSE: To form an information recording layer which improves the adhesivity with respect to a support while ensuring a stability of the adhesion enough to eliminate aging by employing an acrylic resin comprising a copolymer composition containing at least a salt of an acrylic acid or a salt of methacrylic acid as monomer unit for a dispersion medium.
CONSTITUTION: A dispersion medium of a fine metal particle dispersed layer provided on a support contains an acrylic resin comprising a copolymer composition containing a salt of acrylic acid or a salt of methacrylic acid as monomer unit. Structural formula of the acrylic resin is as given by the formula, where R represents -H or -CH3 and M+ is preferably NH4+. X and Y each represent two kinds of monomer units comprising a derivative of acrylic acid or a derivative of methacrylic acid.
