PURPOSE: To simultaneously accumulate one or both of cold/hot heats, and to merely dissipate heat while accumulating or dissipating heat by providing a hot water manufacturing heat exchanger for supplying hot heat to a room heating load through hot water to be provided on the way of a hot water refrigerant circulating circuit for circulating the same refrigerant as that in a refrigerating cycle by a liquid pump.

CONSTITUTION: The operations of a refrigerating cycle l, a hot water refrigerant circulating circuit 15 are stopped, chilled water refrigerant circulating circuit 8 is operated, and a circulating passage shown by a thick line is formed. In this operating state, cold latent heat accumulating medium 2A in a cold latent heat accumulator 2 dissipates heat, the medium 2A is heat exchanged with refrigerant introduced into the accumulator 2 through the circuit 8 to cool the refrigerant of the circuit 8. The cooled refrigerant is carried to a chilled water manufacturing heat exchanger 11, chilled water is cooled by a chilled water circulating circuit 12 by the exchanger 11, and a room cooling load 14 is cooled by the chilled water of the circuit 12.
