PURPOSE: To enhance economical efficiency, by arranging a drive pulley driven by a manually operated mechanism to one end side of a running rail while arranging a follower pulley to the other side thereof.

CONSTITUTION: When a handle 14 is rotated to rotate a drive pulley 3 through sprockets 11, 12 and a chain 13, a running body 20 runs while pulled by a turning cable 7. By this operation, the hose supporting running body 20 is pulled through a hose 40 and the hose 40 itself follows a sprinkling body 25. At the same time, a sprinkling liquid is fed into the hose 40 through a pump and sprinkled over the entire surface in a greenhouse from the sprinkler 26 provided to the sprinkling body 25. The hose supporting running body 30 is pulled through the hose 40 when moved to one direction and moved while successively pushed by the running body 20 when moved to the other direction.
