PURPOSE: To contain a molded food, e.g. cooked rice for hand-rolled-SUSHI, in an ideal state without deformation, by adopting a wood board in a preservation container, and dividing the interior of the preservation container into several stages with drainboards.

CONSTITUTION: A preservation container (A) is constructed from a wood board material having moisture absorption, moisture discharge and heat insulating function, and the interior of the preservation container (A) is divided into several stages with drainboards 6. A lid 7 is provided at the top thereof. Pieces of a molded food 1, e.g. oval-shaped rice balls for hand-rolled-SUSHI, are arranged from the bottom of the preservation container (A) one after another then, the container (A) is closed with the lid 7. The container (A) is then carried to a given place. Thus, the hand-rolled SUSHI can be served to customers on their request rapidly even in a congested shop. Even the taste of skilled craftsmen can be realized in a SUSHI-stall in catering service.
