Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect a failure over a wide range, by checking the difference with the scanning system through a recording picking up normal operation and a picture picking up the operation during progress at present with superimposing. CONSTITUTION:A processing operation of a processing tool 2 of a machinning center 1 to a work 3 is picked up with a VTR camera 4. The camera 4 picks up the processing of the center 1 through the reception of pickup instruction including zoom-up from a CPU5, and this picture is inputted to a video recording fixing device 6. At the same time as the pickup of the camera 4, a video recording reproducer 7 starts the reproducing operation of a tape recording the processing state at no failure of the processing section through the instruction of the CPU5 and his reproduced picture is inputted to a reproducing picture fixing device 8. When a monitor interval instruction is inputted from the CPU5 to a time adjusting device 9, a fixing time instruction is inputted to the devices 6 and 8 from the adjusting device 9 and both fixed pictures are transferred to a collation judging device 10. The difference of both the pictures is collated and judged at the judging device 10, and if both the pictures have a difference, the report of the difference is inputted to the CPU5 and an alarm signal is transmitted from the CPU5.
