PURPOSE: To prevent dirt and damage of a disc through no-touch recording and reproduction, by arranging a disc contained in a case at a case containing part, taking out the disc from the case with a takeout and moving mechanism and moving the disc to a loading position.

CONSTITUTION: A disc 4 and a case 15 are put in a holder 13. The holder 13 is rotated to a position as shown in figure. A switch 42 is activated and a wire driving motor 32 moves right a knob device 21 based on the control of a control circuit 43. The switch is activated at a disc takeout position and stopped, a plunger solenoid 25 is activated and a clip 24 clamps the disc 4. In response to a switch 34, a command moving a knob device 24 left is generated, a wire 27 is driven with a motor 32 and the disc 4 is carried from the case 15 to a rotation drive position. Through this movement, when the switch is operated, the knob device 21 is stopped, and the solenoid 25 is controlled without energizing and the disc 4 is released.
