PURPOSE: A snack of new fashion sense enabling stand-up meal of salad consisting essentially of vegetable, whose whole parts are eatable, obtained by winding edible raw vegetable around an ingredient, inserting the root part of the vagetable into an edible container.

CONSTITUTION: First, usually 2W3 sheets of the vegetable (preferably sunny lettuce, etc.) 1 are prepared, the root part of it is inserted into the edible container (preferably corn cup, etc.) 3, the ingredient 2 such as salad, etc. is inserted into the central part of the vegetable 1, so that the vegetable 2 is wound round the ingredient 2, to give a snack.
