PURPOSE: To improve the heat conduction efficiency of heat exchanger tubes without increasing their manufacturing cost, as well as to lighten the weight of a tube, by increasing a heat conduction area on the high temperature side, by providing tube support plates to hold both ends of heat exchanger tubes made of film, respectively, and by providing bulkheads to the tubes assembled between both tube support plates in order to communicate with each tube.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of heat exchanger tubes 1a are formed by cutting thin-walled polyamide tube 1 of 0.20W0.05mm thick into the needed length. Both ends of these tubes are respectively inserted into holes 2a provided in tube support plates 2, 2 made of synthetic resin at equal intervals, and are fixed to the support plate with an adhesive. In the middle parts of heat exchanger tubes 1a, 1a... which are assembled between two support plates 2, 2, bulkheads 3 are provided having proper intervals among them, so as to communicate with each heat exchanger tube 1a, 1a.... A good effect has been obtained by providing 1W2 sheets of bulkheads 3 to the tubes, when the width between the two support plates 2, 2 is 200mm.
