PURPOSE: To provide a titled device provided with a means which can convey and supply efficiently preforms for pull rings by the constitution in which notches and holding means are provided at the top ends of plural holding means disposed on a rotary support in the circumferential direction thereof and the preforms are held by said means.
CONSTITUTION: A disc 30 rotating horizontally is provided on a static supporting plate 24, and plural holders 32a, 32b... are spaced from each other at a prescribed distance and are disposed on said disc in the circumferential direction thereof. Notches and means for attracting and holding preforms by magnets or vacuum are provided at the top ends of the holders 32a, 32b. The holder 32a is provided with a driven roller 46 engagong with a cam groove 50 provided on the plate 24 so as to advance or retreat in the radial direction of the disc 30 according to the rotation of the disc 30. The holder 32b disposed alternately therewith is fixed on the disc 30. A means 12 for supplying preforms constituted in the above-mentioned way rotates the disc 30 and the holder 32a receives the preform from a means 10 for forming the preform in a holding region A. The holder 32b receives the preforms in a holding region B, and the preform is transferred to a means 16 for forming and binding the preform in a receiving region C for the preform.
