Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a stable conducting state by forming a spool of a flat plate formed with a spiral groove at least on one side surface, inserting a superconducting wire to the groove, winding it, and forming a heater of a sheet state covering a superconducting winding in contact with the winding. CONSTITUTION:A spool 44 is formed with a groove 46 of a spiral shape in a disc state on one side surface. The groove 46 is formed in size in which a superconducting wire 31 is bent to be folded, the bent end can be inserted thereinto with water dropletlike groove end 47 with the end 47 as a starting end in such a manner that a superconducting winding 30 becomes noninductive. Since the wire 31 is inserted into the groove 46, the wire 31 is scarcely moved, and hence its quenching does not occur. A heater 20 is molded in a sheetlike state in which aluminum is deposited on an insulating film, and the film is covered with the same film to interpose the aluminum thin film between the insulating films.
