Title:
SHEET WINDING SHAFT CONTROLLABLE WITH TORQUE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5811454
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve winding control performance, workability, durability and simplicity, by constituting the shaft such that a collar is locked or released in the periphery of a hollow driving shaft by protruding or retracting movement of a friction lug from the inside of the shaft while the periphery of the collar and a sheet winding core pipe are locked or released by a roller clutch.

CONSTITUTION: A core pipe C is fitted to the periphery of a collar 2, turned to move a small roller 7 toward the shallower part of a recessed part 6, and fixed. Then compressed air is fed to an expansion hose 3 and expanded, a friction lug 5 is externally protruded and forcibly attached to an internal surface of the collar 2. Accordingly, rotary motion of a hollow driving shaft 1 rotates the collar 2 through the friction lug 5 further the core pipe C through the small roller 7. In this constitution, adjustment of pressure in the expansion hose 3 can adjust locking force of the collar 2 and rotary torque of the core pipe C. In this way, winding control performance, workability, durability and interchangeability can be improved.
