PURPOSE: The titled device having improved antispetic, deodorizing and freshness retention effect on packed materials, obtained by applying paper to be stuck, having a disinfecting sterilizing agent comprising stabilized chlorine dioxide as an active ingredient, to the back of cover of corrugated cardboard box.

CONSTITUTION: The titled device suitable for packing perishable foods, obtained by applying the paper 4 to be stuck, having the whole surface coated in a scattered way or impregnated with the finely granular or powdery disinfecting sterilizing agent comprising stabilized chlorine dioxide (ClO2) as an active ingredient to the back 2 of the opening and shutting cover 1 of the corrugated cardboard box A. Since in the device the disinfecting sterilizing agent has deodorizing, disinfecting, sterilizing, and antiseptic effects, the device shows improved effects on freshness retention, deodorization, and decomposition prevention of materials to be packed. Since the disinfecting sterilizing agent is colorless, tasteless, and nonpoisonous, the quality of the materials is not damaged. Preferably the top of the disinfecting sterilizing agent 3 is covered with the release paper 5 in the paper 4 to be stuck, in order to prevent reduction in effect before use.
