Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the leakage preventing capacity of a valve by forming a blade of a magnetic body and burying magnets in a sheet plane on the opposite side to the blade and sealing up same. CONSTITUTION:A blade 4 is formed of a magnetic steel plate, and a cylindrical highly efficient permanent magnet 16 formed by sintering powder raw material is inserted in a magnet hole 17 bored from the opposite side to the blade as far as the vicinity of a sheet plane 8 of a non-magnetic metallic partition wall 2. The permanent magnet 16 is pressed and fixed to the inner part of the magnet hole 17 by a fixing rod 18, and the end of the fixing rod that is opposite to the magnet is welded as a seal welding portion 19 at the inlet of the magnet hole 17 to bury the permanent magnet 16 in the magnet hole 17 and seal same therein. Thus, the blade 4 is adsorbed to the sheet plane 8 by the permanent magnet 16 not to form a leakage opening, so that the leakage preventing capacity can be further improved.
