PURPOSE: To generate the energy by the repulsive force or the attractive force of the magnets by a method wherein the directions of the magnetic fluxes of a plurality of magnets are slanted each other with respect to the opposing magnets.

CONSTITUTION: The magnets 1, 2 are slanted in the moving direction of a moving body 3 in such a manner that they are repulsing or attracting each other. The arrangement of said magnets is effected so as to form a configuration shown by the diagram by the moving body 3 and a fixed body 4. According to this method, the energy is generated in the moving direction of the moving body 3, therefore, when the moving body 3 is circular and is equipped with a shaft at the center thereof, the energy becomes a rotating energy.
