Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a power element such as a bellows and the like, which is readily broken and expensive, unnecessary by a method wherein the title valve is provided with a first and a second valve devices in a main body, formed cylindrically, while the outlet port of a first valve seat body in the first valve device is positioned substantially at the center of the first valve seat body, and the inlet port of the same is formed annularly around the outlet port.

CONSTITUTION: When the operation a rotary compressor 2 is started, the pressure of a first inlet port 10 is increased. Accordingly, a first leaf valve 13 is separated from a first valve seat body 12 against the energizing force of a spring 14 and is attracted to a third valve seat body 22 whereby the first inlet port 10 of the first valve device 6 is communicated with a first outlet port 11. In this case, the first inlet port 10 is formed by an annular groove provided around the first outlet port 11 concentrically substantially whereby the pressure of the first inlet port 10 is applied uniformly on the whole periphery of the first leaf valve 13. Accordingly, the first leaf valve 13 is separated from the first valve seat body 12 quickly without jumping in the first valve device 6 and is attracted to the third valve seat body 22. As a result, high-pressure refrigerant flows from a condenser 3 into a capillary tube 4 continuously.
