Title:
ELECTROTHERMAL TRANSFER RECORDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6085970
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent bad contact of a recording electrode and to stabilize qualities of pictures by simply moving the recording electrode in the direction of an axis.

CONSTITUTION: A moving, recording electrode 21 of an electrothermal transfer recorder is always suppressed to a conductor layer 3 with a constant pressure in the direction of an arrow 25. A pressing spring 22 are springs processed by etching and shaped like combs. Their total number are equal to the moving, recording electrodes. Accordingly, in case the ends of electrodes 21 are worn away by use or electrical discharge, the loss is supplemented by the springs. The material for electrodes is preferably Cu, BeCu etc., and the diameters withing the range of 70μmW150μm are most desirable for their durability and elasticity.
