Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect surely a mark and to prevent mis-retrieval regardless of the recording position of the mark by using the reflected light of an auxiliary mirror to increase the light amount of the mark recorded at the side ridge of a picture part. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary mirror 26 is located at a location outside of a picture lighting path and a part of the rays from the lamp 25 is reflected toward the mark on a film. Most rays among the rays from the lamp 25 are reflected on a mirror 14 and light up the picture part and the mark on the film through a condenser lens 15. Further, the other rays from the lamp 25 are reflected on the auxiliary mirror 26 and light up the mark through the condensor lens 15. Thus, the mark on the film is lighted with a part of the picture lighting light and lighted also with the light in addition to the picture lighting light to increase the light amount of the mark and to light the mark efficiently.
