PURPOSE: To obtain the titled vegetable honey having mellow flavor and high safety with improved keeping quality, by processing a mixture of pressed juice of a vegetable or fruit vegetable having a cationic nature with an isomeric fructose or honey by bees.

CONSTITUTION: A mixture of isomeric fructose or honey, collected from a beehive, and pressed by a separator, etc. with pressed juice of a vegetable without growing the stem into a tree or fruit vegetable, e.g. tomato, giving a fruit thereof for edible use is contained in an opened container, and bees suck the mixture to store a honey, which is then collected again and filtered to afford the aimed vegetable honey.

USE: The aimed vegetable honey is also used in fields of soft drink or jam, etc.
