Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent processability, durability and vibraton-absorbing characteristics, by incorporating a specified emulsion- polymerized styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber in a rubber component.
CONSTITUTION: 20W80pts.wt. emulsion-polymerized styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber having a bonded styrene content of 30W50wt% and a Mooney viscosity [ML1+4(100°C)] of 60W150 is blended with 100pts.wt. rubber component such as polyisoprene rubber.
EFFECT: A rubber vibration insulator compsn. having well-balanced properties between processability, dynamic-to-static modulus ratio, dissipation factor and durability can be obtd.
