Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate cutting burr and to suppress the production of a magnetic noise by rounding the intermittent cut part of a pawl and a plate of a rotor core having a plurality of pawl poles. CONSTITUTION:The intermittently cut part 3B of the outer peripheral surface of a pawl-shaped pole 3 and the intermittently cut part 4B of the outside surface of a plate at a rotor iron having a central boss 2, a plate 4 and a plurality of pawl- shaped poles 3 are formed with rounds R. When a rotor core 1 is cast, the rounds R are simultaneously formed. In this manner, chamfering work can be eliminated, and the production of a magnetic noise can be reduced.
