PURPOSE: To compensate the uncertainty of speed recognition by applying a correct input through a keyboard when the recognized result of a voice is incorrect.

CONSTITUTION: A voice inputted to a microphone 1 is recognized by a speech recognizing part 4. The recognized result of the voice is outputted from a speech synthesizing part 5. A speaker listens the output of the speech synthesizing part 5, discriminates whether the voice is correct or not and inputs the recognized result from a typewriter 3. When the result is correct, the typewriter 3 prints out the result. When the result is incorrect, the contents of a correct voice is inputted through the keyboard. Consequently, the error and uncertainty of voice recognition in the voice typewriter can be compensated and the using efficiency, certainty and easiness can be improved, so that the service and reliability are improved.
