PURPOSE: To improve thrust performance by engaging a wring component which has a blade section comprising a convex inner face with a hull within a range from 0.2 to 1 of the length thereof and mounting a slat to the upper half of the component.
CONSTITUTION: A wring component 2 which has a blade section comprising a convex inner face is engaged with a hull 1 within a range from 0.2 to 1 of the length thereof, and directly fixed to the hull 1 with a gap (d) so that flow collected by the wring component 2 expands and reaches the rotary surfaces of propellers 4. A slat 3 is mounted to the front end of the wring component 2, extending upward from the middle thereof. Stream at negative pressure side of the blade section with a great angle of incidence is prevented from separation, hence generating an intense thrust.
