Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the coercive force of a "Permalloy" pattern and to facilitate magnetization by an external magnetic field by forming the "Permalloy" pattern of an ion implanted "Permalloy" film.
CONSTITUTION: When ion of, for example, hydrogen are implatented in the "Permalloy" film 5 formed by vapor depostion, electrodeposition, sputtering, etc., the coercive force Hc of the "permalloy" film decreases to make magnetization by an external magnetic field easier. In this case, helium ion, neon, ion, etc., may be implanted. Consequently, magnetic bubbles are transferred by a small revolving magnetic field without any hindrance and a sufficient operation margin is obtained.
