Title:
STABILIZING AUXILIARY TOOL FOR CAMERA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5840540
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve and stabilize the operational performance of a camera by attaching a camera fixing base acting as a spacer to the bottom of the camera.

CONSTITUTION: A fixing base 2 having a slide plate 5 is attached to the bottom of a camera through a knob 8 with a screw. If the bottom 4 of the slide plate 5 is put on the palm of the left hand of a camera's operator along the ball of the thumb 3 without putting the bottom 4 on the ball 3 and the camera is oriented to a subject, an adjusting ring of a lens is protected from being contacted with the ball of the thumb when the ring 6 is operated, preventing the camera from being inclined or shaked. The slide plate 15 can be freely moved on a position having a fine operational performance in accordance with the length of the camera lens.
