PURPOSE: To make it possible to omit a part feeder per train of molded parts of the same type and simplify a complex part management system by connecting trains of molded parts produced in succession and by feeding a set of molded parts different in type as one body to the next processing step.
CONSTITUTION: A set of trains of molded parts different in type connected in the horizontal direction is rolled on a feeder roll 5, and a molded parts train JP pulled out in the direction of the arrow is guided by a guide roller 9 and intermittently fed by intermittently rotating sprockets 10, 11, 12 which are engaged with pilot holes 2 of a carrier 1. Therefore, from the molded parts train JP which is fed and stopped on a chuck mount 14, each molded part is taken off the carrier 1 by means of a chuck 13 of a robot R in accordance with the part assembling sequence; thus the parts are repeatedly assembled. In this way, it is possible to perform the supply, management or assembling of parts in a rational manner.
