Abstract:

PURPOSE: To avoid getting a drawback of what control characteristics in an engine and a transmission become separated divergently, by using crankshaft torque for a control parameter in common with both the engine and the transmission.

CONSTITUTION: One control unit 1000 in common with an engine 3 and a transmission 4 is installed. A crankshaft torque signal is of torque proportional voltage signal in type that electrically detected the torque added to a crankshaft by a magnetostriction effect, and inputted by a wire harness 23. A transmission ratio control signal is one corresponding to a transmission ratio of the transmission 4, and this ratio is determined by driving torque or the like in response to an inputted torque signal and a car speed. At least one of controlling input data and the crankshaft torque signal are used for a control parameter in common with control over the engine 3 and the transmission 4.
