Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the security to prevent a computer crime or the like by recording a password and time information in a file in accordance with data for every data processing to clarify the last processing person of data. CONSTITUTION:The operation inputs his password P/W from a keyboard 2. Only when the inputted P/W coincides with a preliminarily registered P/W, the P/W is set to a P/W register 8 to start the transaction. When data is inputted, a processing part 10 retrieves pertient data in a journal file 5 and a master file 4 through an additional part 11 and starts the additional part 11. The started additional part 11 takes out the P/W from the P/W register 8 and takes out time information such as the date and the time or the like from a time information managing part 6. Simultaneously with data processing, the P/W and time information are written in the master file 4 and the journal file 5 in accordance with data.
