Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to control a current in high efficiency by controlling the current by two contacting means for which contact a conductive region formed on the surface of a movable unit and an insulating region with the surface of the movable unit. CONSTITUTION:A disc 40 is rotated in a direction of an arrow 47. When a movable contact 43a is disposed on a point A, the disc 40 is rotated, the contact 43a is alternately contacted with a conductive region 41 and an insulating region 42 at the prescribed rate. When the contact 43a is moved to a point B, the rate of contacting is altered. When moved to a point C, the contact 43a is continuously contacted with the conductive region. Thus, the rate of the contacting is varied by the relative positional relation between the disc 40 and the movable contactor 43, thereby varying the current. This device 48 is connected in series with the motor 81, thereby controlling the rotating speed of a motor.
