PURPOSE: To improve the mechanical strength of the part where terminals are provided by a method wherein a stepped wiring groove is provided on the side face of a terminal plate, and the lead wire of a coil is connected to the terminals installed on the terminal plate through the stepped wiring groove, thereby enabling to prevent the generation of short-circuit even when two lead wires are passed through the wiring groove.

CONSTITUTION: The coil bobbin 8 whereon coils 9 and 10 are wound around is coupled to the upper surface of a terminal plate 11, several stepped grooves 12 are formed on the side face of the terminal plate 11, and a plurality of terminals 13 are installed on the bottom face on the side face side where the grooves 12 will be formed. Besides, stepped plates 14 are formed on the groove 12, and a deep groove and a shallow groove are provided by said stepped parts 14. Also, a number of lead wires 15 are led out from the coils 9 and 10, and the lead wires 15 are wound around and connected to the terminals 13 through the grooves 12. As a result, the short-circuit generating by the positional control at the stepped part can be prevented even when two lead wires are passed through the stepped wiring groove, the part where terminals are installed can be reinforced, and the shock coming from outside and the chipping and cracks generating from molding work can also be prevented.
