PURPOSE: To prevent the clash of paper leaves with blades of an impeller as well as to insert the paper leaves between blades smoothly by synchronously controlling the delivery of the paper leaves and the revolution of the impeller by a stepping motor on the basis of detected signals of a position sensor of the paper leaves.
CONSTITUTION: When a paper leaf P delivered between both belts 10A and 10B reach a position detector 16, a signal from the detector 16 is inputted in a control part 17, which calculates a rotor revolution angle of a stepping motor 13 necessary to introduce the paper leaf between blades 11A and 11A on the basis of the information of a delivery time and orders an integral system driving part 14 to accelerate or decelerate the stepping motor 13. In this way, the paper leaves delivered are introduced between the blades 11A surely without clashing. Even in case the delivery pitch of each delivered paper leaf P is different, the delivery of the paper leaves and the revolution of the impeller are synchronously controlled to operate in the same manner, and the paper leaves are turned and accumulated smoothly.
