PURPOSE: To pressurize a substance in a container to enable the spraying, conveyance or the like of the substance, by taking out the exhaust gas of a vehicle or the ike from an exhaust port through a pressure hose and conducting the gas into the container such as an enclosed tank.

CONSTITUTION: Exhaust gas coming out of the exhaust port 1 of a vehicle or the like is sent to an enclosed container 3 through a pressure hose 2 so that the exhaust gas filled into the container exerts pressure on a contained substance 4, which is ejected through a jet pipe 5 and an ejection port 6. A pressure control valve 7 and a pressure relief valve 8 are provided in a halfway gas passage. An ejection control valve 9 is provided halfway in the jet pipe 5 to regulate the flow of the substance 4. The exhaust gas in the suction tube 2 can be conducted to the jet pipe 5 through a by-pass pipe 11 by manipulating a T-shaped valve 10, to eject residues out of the pipes through the ejection port 6. Since the exhaust gas of the vehicle or the like is utilized as a motive power source, the cost is diminished.
