PURPOSE: To obtain stable image quality having high faithfulness and to eliminate ground fogging by using an insulating non-magnetic toner contg. a specific resin.

CONSTITUTION: The binder resin of a toner contains at least conjugate diene or/and acrylate and a graft copolymer obtd. by graft-copolymerizing ≥1 kind of vinyl monomer or vinylidene monomer with a rubber-base polymer contg. a monomer having alkylene oxide groups and if necessary ≥1 kind of copolymerizable vinyl monomer or vinylidene monomer as a constituting element and ≥1 kind of antistatic agent selected from anionic, cationic, nonionic, anionnonionic and amphoteric surface active gents. More specifically the binder resin is used by incorporating 0.01W2pts.wt. the rubber-like copolymer consisting of 50W 99wt% conjugate diene or/and acrylate, 1W50wt% monomer having 4W500 alkylene oxide groups and if necessary 0W49wt% ≥1 kind of copolymerizable vinyl monomer or vinylidene monomer and ≥1 kind of the antistatic agent into 100pts. wt. the graft polymer.
