Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve a corrosion resistance and productivity and reduce a size and weight by a method wherein the outside circumference of a coil, a core and a slot part of a stator is molded with a thermosetting resin and a low moisture permeability plastic layer is provided to the circumference of the thermosetting resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A molded layer 3 is solidly molded with a thermosetting resin material such as a phenol resin, an epoxy resin and a non-saturated polyester resin. The outside circumference of the molded layer 3 is covered with a moisture shielding layer 4 of a low moisture permeability plastic to protect an internal coil 1 from external moisture. With this constitution, deterioration of insulation life and a mechanical strength due to the water penetration is avoided.
