CONSTITUTION: A sheet 1, which is made of a soft, thin film of a natural material such as collagen, elastin, etc., or a synthetic material such as polyester, polyamide, etc., having an air permeability preferably and a thickness of 20W50μm, is used. The pattern 2 of the skin surface is transferred to the surface of the sheet 1 by hobbing, etc., and a sticky layer 3 is formed on the back side of the sheet 1. The sticky layer 3 is composed of natural rubber, an acrylate, etc., and is protected by a releasing sheet 4 which is composed of a releasing material such as paraffin-coated paper, Tefron film, etc. Since an uneven pattern like the pattern of the skin surface is formed on the surface of the thin film sheet 1, when the sheet 1 is bonded to the surface of the skin, the sheet becomes inconspicuous, exhibits good appearance, and has good applicability of cosmetics because of its unevenness.
