PURPOSE: To send out solder balls in the ball storage tank smoothly and surely, by dropping successively the foremost solder ball in each line separating it from succeeding solder balls by a gate member.

CONSTITUTION: The lever 8 of a gate member 7 moves up and down according to the operation of a solenoid 5 and rocks a rotation shaft 18. With rocking of the rotation shaft 18, front and rear partition pieces 15, 16 protrude alternately guided by rolls 11, 12, 13, 14. The partition pieces 15, 16 have comb-shaped hollow to which the round bar of a bottom plate is fitted. When the partition piece 15 of the front end protrudes, dropping of foremost solder 10 is hindered, but when the rear partition piece 16 protrudes, it rolls down onto a chute 17.
