Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processing steps by casting or die casting laminated electromagnetic steel plates with a material which forms a sheathing case, thereby integrating them. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnetic steel plates 11 having slots 14 for containing a winding 20 are manufactured by punching with a press. The plates 11 are laminated to form a core of a stator. The laminated plates 11 are secured to the interior of a mold as in the shape of a sheathing case 12, a material for forming the case 12 such as aluminum or iron is melted, and flowed into a casting mold, and integrated with the plates 11 and the case 12. Then, the case 12 is cut at the end. A winding 20 is disposed on the plates 11. Thus, the number of the steps of securing the laminated plates to case the can be reduced.
