Abstract:
PURPOSE:To elevate breakdown voltage by retaining the insulator of a liquid in a sleeve in a lead wire leader used for a cryostat. CONSTITUTION:An injection port 16 injecting the insulator 15 of the liquid such as oil is formed to a substrate 1, and a guide bar 17 is fitted detachably to the injection port 16. A reservoir section 18 receiving the insulator 15 of the liquid is shaped to the substrate 1, terminals 4 are set up to the reservoir section 18, and the terminals 4 are directly projected to atmospheric air from the surface 19 of liquid of the insulator 15 of the liquid. With the sleeve 12 connected to a cap 6 coating the substrate 1, the cap 6 side of the sleeve 12 is formed in U- shaped form, and another end of the sleeve 12 is connected to the flange 13 of the cryostat. The discharge port 20 of the liquid insulator 15 is shaped to the lower section of the U-shaped section of the sleeve 12. The lead wires 9 are coated with an insulator 8, and fixed to the terminals 4 with solder 11 while being connected to a superconducting apparatus, etc. through the inside of the sleeve.
