Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a driver to operate a handle with both hands in case of an unexpected situation by automatically pushing forward a shift lever to a designated shift position when a speed change operation of a speed change gear is completed. CONSTITUTION:A switch plate 18 switched in association with a shift operation is disposed on an operating device 2, and a signal from the switch plate 18 is input to a control device 33. For shift operation of a shift lever 5, a shift operation is limited when the shift lever 5 is brought into contact with the open end portion, and when a speed change gear is shifted to a designated speed change step according to a signal of the shift operation, an inner frame 3 is inclined in the shift direction by a fluid actuator 20. In this arrangement, even if a driver's hand is separated from the shift lever 5, a series of speed change operation by the fluid pressure actuator 20 can be continued as it is, so that the driver can operate a handle with both hands.
