Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable attaching of Al shape materials to a hanging means irrespectively of the sectional shape of said materials in the surface treating stage of the Al shape materials by welding press-welding jigs to the Al shape materials and inserting the power feed rolls at the top end thereof into the V-shaped groove of an attaching member attached to a carrier beam. CONSTITUTION:A V-shaped groove 2a is formed to the bottom end of an attaching member 2 attached to a carrier beam 1 by auxiliary metallic fittings 3 in the stage of moving continuously an Al shape material 4 in an electrolytic cell and subjecting the material to a treatment for forming an anodized film. On the other hand, press-welding jigs 5 are welded atop the material 4 to be treated in the weld zone 5b and a power feed roll 5a is bolted 6 to the support part 5C thereof. The support part 5C is inserted through a slit 2b provided to the groove 2a and the roll 5a is put into the groove 2a so that the disengagement of the roll 5a from the groove 2a is prevented by the top end 2C bent inward. The Al shape material of any shape is attached easily to the beam 1 and the surface treating operation is performed with high working efficiency.
