PURPOSE: To transmit only once an information code and the contents of information from a center to plural terminals by registering an information name and a terminal number to be transferred from the terminals to the center and allowing the center to form a secret code from them to store the code in the terminals.
CONSTITUTION: When the terminal number and the information name to be transferred are inputted from an input section 5 of a terminal 1, a control section 6 transmits them to an information center 4 via a transmission and receiving section 8. The center 4 forms the secret code from the information name and the terminal number and transmits the code and the terminal number to the terminal 1. When the number is coincident with the terminal number stored in a memory 9, the terminal 1 stores the secret code in a secret code memory 10. When requested information is generated, the center 4 transmits its information code and the information itself. When the number operated from the information code and the own terminal number is coincident with the secret code stored in the memory 10, the terminal outputs the contents of information to an output section 7. Then, the requested data is received by each terminal by transmitting the identical information to the plural terminals only once from the center.
