Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a titled member which maintains a high grade and high reliability and reduces considerably the cost of products by treating the prescribed area of the ideal specific plating position of a member to be plated in the shape of an extremely small spot at the part to be exactly and truely plated. CONSTITUTION:An injection nozzle 12 for a plating soln. is disposed oppositely to a member 11 to be plated at a near distance therefrom; further, a mask 13 which is in tight contact with the member 11 and determines an optional number of spot-like plating parts is disposed. A sleeve pipe 14 is provided so as to enclose a nozzle 12 and the mask 13, and the pipe 14 is brought into tight contact with the member 11 to form a hermetic space 15 therein. On the other hand, one or more discharging ports 16 for force removal of air and the excess or used plating soln. is provided at the other end of the pipe 14. The atm. pressure or pressurized gas on the outside removes away quickly the used plating soln. in the space 15, and the plating soln. flowed out 12 at a high velocity is applied partially in the range corresponding to 30-100% of the area of the member 11 in a spot shape. As a result, the halation owing to the penetration of the plating soln. to the outside part of the mask is prevented and the treating member for plating on the extremely small part with a good plating grade is obtd.
