Abstract:
PURPOSE:To manufacture a magnet capable of being stably excited by winding a coil while measuring a strain of a cylinder of a bobbin of the coil, presuming the final strain as the winding is advanced, and adjusting the winding tension so that the final strain becomes the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 11 and a strain meter 12 are secured to the shaft 10 of a winding device, a strain gauge 14 is secured to the inside of a cylinder 15 of the bobbin 11, and its output is transmitted to the strain meter 12. A tension controller 17 controls the tension of a wire material 16 in response to the value of the meter 12. A winding shaft 10 is rotated at 10-20rpm, the material 16 is wound on the cylinder 15, the meter 12 reads out the strain of the cylinder 15 whenever one layer is wound, the final winding strain is presumed, and a tension controller 17 controls the tension so that the final strain becomes the predetermined final strain. In this manner, the winding tension in response to the thickness of the winding cylinder can be managed, and more stably excited magnet can be manufactured.
